I review B2B cold email tools as an independent operator. Connect on LinkedIn →

Hi, I'm Marwene. I started EmailToolsHub to fix one frustrating problem: almost every cold email tool comparison online is vague, generic, or written by someone who never opened the product. Most of the top results are content farms ranking pages assembled from press releases, all pointing at whichever tool pays the highest commission. That's not a review. It's an ad in disguise.

I run this site as a single named operator, not a faceless "team", because you deserve to know who is making the recommendation and why. I work in B2B cold email and outreach, I set up the sending domains, the warmup, and the campaigns myself, and I write the honest version of what I find. When a tool is the wrong fit for someone, I say so, even when it's the one that would pay me more.

Why this site exists

Choosing a cold email stack is actually confusing. The tools overlap, the pricing pages hide the real costs, and the difference between a sender, a finder, and a warmup tool isn't obvious until you've wasted money on the wrong one. I wanted a resource that explains which tool fits which buyer, in plain operator language, so a founder or a small team can make a confident decision in an afternoon instead of a week.

Who this site is for

How I make money

EmailToolsHub is free for readers. I may earn a commission when you sign up for a tool through an affiliate link, at no additional cost to you. That revenue keeps the site running. It does not change the assessment: the score and the recommendation reflect my honest read of the tool, and if a better option pays no commission, it still gets the nod. For the full picture of how I test and where I stand on affiliate revenue, see the methodology page.

I recommend tools based on fit, not hype. If a tool is better for a specific use case, I say so, even when another product offers a higher commission.

How I review tools

  1. Review the product positioning, pricing, and target user
  2. Evaluate core features such as sending, inbox rotation, warmup, prospecting, and reporting
  3. Check the onboarding flow, documentation, integrations, and support resources
  4. Compare the tool against direct alternatives in the same category
  5. Assess risks, limitations, pricing traps, and best-fit scenarios
  6. Update pages when products, pricing, or affiliate terms change
  7. Publish clear recommendations by use case, not generic rankings

If you spot anything I got wrong, email me at hello@emailtoolshub.com. I update reviews when products change or when readers correct me.
