Cold Email Infrastructure Setup, Done For You in 5 Days

$497 flat · 5 working days · fully async, no calls · By Marwene Amor

Who this is for: founders and agencies about to start cold outreach, or restarting after messages landed in spam. If you already have clean authentication and a warmed domain, you do not need this. Buy the $79 Selection Report instead, or read the free checklist.

Most cold email failures are decided before the first message goes out. A domain registered last week, SPF with nine lookups, DMARC left at none, no DKIM key published, a tracking domain sharing reputation with the main site. The copy then takes the blame for a problem the infrastructure caused.

This service closes that gap. I set up the sending infrastructure for your campaign, document every record, and hand you a verdict you can show a client. I review these tools full time and publish what I find, so the work is the same standard as the research on this site.

What you get

DeliverableDetail
Domain and DNS setupSending domains configured, SPF within the 10-lookup limit, DKIM published and verified, DMARC moved to an enforcing policy, CAA and subdomain exposure closed.
Inbox provisioning planHow many inboxes, on which provider, at what daily ceiling, with the warmup schedule written out day by day.
Tool stack decisionThe sender, finder, verifier and warmup tool matched to your volume and budget, with the reason each one was chosen over its alternative.
Tracking domainSeparate click-tracking domain configured, so a flagged link never touches your main domain's reputation.
Evidence reportA PDF naming every record as published, with the live lookup that proves it. Client-ready.
Two weeks of questionsWritten follow-up after delivery. You send a screenshot, I tell you what it means.

How it runs

Day 1. You send the brief: domains you own, who you sell to, target volume, tools already paid for. One form, no call.

Days 2 to 4. I configure and verify. You get access requests for the exact places I need them, DNS and the sending tool, nothing else. I never ask for a password; you add me as a user or apply the records I hand you.

Day 5. Delivery of the evidence report, the warmup calendar and the first-campaign checklist.

Price and terms

$497 flat. One domain plus up to five inboxes. Each additional domain is $150. If you bought the $79 Selection Report first, that $79 comes off this price.

If the records I publish do not pass a public authentication check on delivery day, you get your money back. That is a test anyone can run, which is the point.

What this is not

I do not write your campaigns, do not scrape lists, and do not promise inbox placement. Nobody can promise placement, and anyone who does is selling you something else. This service makes the technical layer correct and provable. The offer and the list are your job.

Start

Email hello@emailtoolshub.com with the subject "Infrastructure setup" and three lines: your domain, your target volume per day, and the date you want to start sending. I reply within one business day with the brief form and the start slot. Payment on acceptance, before work starts.

FAQ

Do I need to give you my passwords?

No. You add me as a user on the DNS provider and the sending tool, or you apply the records I send you and I verify them from the outside. No credential ever changes hands.

How fast can you start?

I take two setups at a time. Email me and I will tell you the next free slot, usually within a week.

What if I already have domains sending?

Then the work starts with an audit of what is published today, and the report says what to fix before volume goes up. Same price.

Why flat price instead of a retainer?

Infrastructure setup is a finite job. A retainer would charge you monthly for something that is correct once and only changes when you add domains.
